1) DEADMAN: Most of you don't knıw him. He is a ghost and like Constantine he deserve his own movie.
2) DEATHSTROKE: You could know him from Arrow TV series but he deserve his own movie.
3) LOBO: DC Universe's maybe all comics the best villain i guess.
4) DARKSEID: DC Universe's maybe the worse villain and in my opinion people must know him.
